Lashed Downtown was an absolutely incredible experience. I went in very nervous and unsure, because it was my first time ever having my lashes done. Michelle Molina did my lashes, and made me feel so comfortable, informed, and heard. She listened to what I wanted and not only gave me what I asked for, but went above and beyond. It was such a treat getting a full set of volume lashes done today – my first time at this location! Every single person I met was lovely. Michelle did my full set, and she was absolutely wonderful. So gentle, caring, kind, informative, thorough, and really made sure I was comfortable. I'm so thrilled and grateful for the amazing job she did for me today. If you're considering getting your lashes done here, I highly recommend checking out Michelle!

I had my lashes done by Chloe (sweet girl) that was just starting out. I had met her in a new local hangout. I came to her and had a set of lashes put in and the next day there were chucks that came out. I reached out to her and she said let me do a new set free of charge (since I had already paid $115) I was like great thank you! It’s been 3 weeks and she has yet returned my calls or text me back. Poor business if you ask me. I tried to give her a chance to hey let’s try this again and nothing.
