It was such a treat getting a full set of volume lashes done today – my first time at this location! Every single person I met was lovely. Michelle did my full set, and she was absolutely wonderful. So gentle, caring, kind, informative, thorough, and really made sure I was comfortable. I'm so thrilled and grateful for the amazing job she did for me today. If you're considering getting your lashes done here, I highly recommend checking out Michelle!

I had my lashes done by Chloe (sweet girl) that was just starting out. I had met her in a new local hangout. I came to her and had a set of lashes put in and the next day there were chucks that came out. I reached out to her and she said let me do a new set free of charge (since I had already paid $115) I was like great thank you! It’s been 3 weeks and she has yet returned my calls or text me back. Poor business if you ask me. I tried to give her a chance to hey let’s try this again and nothing.

Been coming here for over a year now and they always do my lashes so good!! Cassiday and Haley are the best lash techs always doing my lashes how I like them making me look pretty and their retention is great, come for a fill religiously every 2 weeks but there has been times when my lashes are still so full I could go longer without a fill. Everybody there is super friendly and welcoming. I love Lashed Downtown!!
