6/11/25 UPDATE: the owner called me after the review and offered to fix them herself, I was driving so I asked her to call back, I was super impressed, she said she would text me.. she never did … -5/10 Ive given this place, so many chances and just wasted $160 on lashes I don’t like I told the tech when we got done. I didn’t like them and her response was well. I can take them off. I’ve just wasted 2 1/2 hours getting them done now I leave with no Lashes?? she didn’t even offer to fix them just- I can remove them- I wantee ... read more

I had such a great experience with Paulina! She was incredibly polite and understanding when I called to let her know I’d be a few minutes late—never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. During the appointment, I accidentally dropped my lash spoolie and without me even asking, she offered me extras, which was so thoughtful. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable the entire time, checking in with me and making sure everything was just right. Edrilene is literally the best! I've been going to her for years. She's so sweet, personable and always gives me exactly what I ask for. And another plus, she's quick and efficient. I've had really bad fall out in the past going to other places, but that's never the case with her. Also, their prices and membership is very reasonable. I'll never go to anyone else, but her. Forever a loyal customer!
