I showed up today for an appointment with Katie for multiple services. The receptionist told me in a very matter of fact manner that she no longer works there. As an employer myself, I understand that employees move onto new opportunities, but I never received a call or text that my appointment was canceled. She said my appointment wasn’t in her system which I know was wrong because I had set the appointment with the same receptionist in person two weeks prior. Absolutely love my monthly dermaplaning with Katie! The staff is so friendly and makes you feel Like family. My skin and skin care regimen is so much better since enjoying these monthly sessions. I highly recommend trying a facial there soon
