I recently completed the Online Signature Lash Course through Lash Up Pro and had such a great experience. I loved this company at first. I’ve done a lot of their online courses and received kits no problem. However that changed when I pre-paid for the teeth whitening program. It was supposed to be realized on xx date and it never was. I waited over a month and I emailed and the response was that they were still trying to finalize things, which was fine but some communication would have been nice. Purchased a SPMU course with machine. Shipping date kept getting moved with no communication. They’d say it’ll ship by end of week, then nothing. No shipping notification or communication to advise that there’s been another delay. I’d wait a few days to inquire again and they’d say it’ll ship by Monday etc..this went on for weeks so I finally just asked for a refund. They’d stated because I had access to the course online they couldn’t refund that portion but they would refund me for the machine and still send me one. I thou... read more
