I just started going here. The studio is very nice and calm. The receptionists are always nice. The 5 stars goes to Crystal. My 2 previous techs were not that good. Crystal is an aesthetician and has 2 different certifications in eyelashes. And it shows. My previous 2 techs, I felt the stinging and had watery eyes. Even when the second tech used sensitive glue. I used to always go to the Memorial location to get my lashes done, and they never disappointed. But now that I’ve moved closer to Katy, I decided to try out their Cinco Ranch location,honestly, I’m so glad I did. The lash techs are professional, friendly. The quality is just as good (if not better), and the whole vibe of the place is so relaxing. I love how consistent they are across locations, but Cinco Ranch might be my new go-to now. Highly recommend if you’re in the area

When we first started, my daughter loved having Tracy. When Tracy was out, we went to the location in Cinco Ranch. Unfortunately, there she had a technician who did not do a great job because the lashes started falling off the following week. We sent that email to the company and Traci told us to come back to Firethorn and she was going to fix it. She did a great job, just like my daughter loves it, and that was it. Did my lashes here once, since my usual lash tech was out of town. I read the reviews and spoke with the tech, explaining exactly what I wanted. It was a simple hybrid refill. While the lashe style looked fine, at first glance, within a couple of days I noticed that the tech used way too much glue and they clumped & stuck together and were way too hard on my real Lashes, causing them to fall out.
