Was not impressed with my brows had them micro bladed and when I went back to get them fixed because the whole top was missed she charged me for a touch up...they didnt need a touch up but to have been done properly the first time. They seemed in a hurry..the tech also had to apply numbing cream twice as the first time she applied it she sat for 30 Min and talked to her friend on the phone for 30 Min while I waited then when she started it had worn off unprofessional in every sense...

the lashes barely last a week. no explanation given. full cost charged both visits. very very disappointed. the salon was noisy and not professional. I would not recommend and will never go back.
********BEWARE - ownership of Lash Queen has changed. This review was for the Lash Lift experience I was receiving previously. Cannot endorse them moving forward. Book at your own risk. This message specifically for the owner. I am very displeased and will need an email or phone call in regards to this. First off I want to say I've never felt so disrespected while trying to book with someone I've never in my life have any issues with her or the services provided. I was calling last week to book with Toni , and ended up being talked to in a rude unprofessional manner by a new employee or receptionist .
