If I could leave more stars I would! Denise is an absolute gem & her nail work is amazing! My appointment was fun and upbeat but didn’t take away from the artwork being done at all. Denise is super talented and is highly recommended to anyone!
As a longtime client, it's sad to see how much Lash Pilot has changed. The communication is poor, the quality no longer matches the premium prices, and there seems to be constant staff turnover. When I'm paying around $300 for lash extensions, I expect to be booked with an experienced master lash artist not someone who's still learning. I used to love Lash Pilot, but after my recent experiences, I can't recommend the Santa Monica location anymore. The prices are outrageous for the quality of service. I've had two appointments where I had to wait 10–15 minutes past my scheduled time before being seen. For a place that charges premium prices, that's unacceptable. My lash extensions started falling out after only four days, and when I asked about getting them fixed, I felt like they weren't willing to stand behind their work. I’ve been with lash pilot for a year now and every single stylist is so talented! Jen, Wally, and Aliza are amazing, I’m truly so picky and they always do exactly what I request!
Aliza did so amazing on my lashes!! 2 and a half weeks later they still look good! :)
