I've had two Korean lash lifts with Charlene so far. Great experiences both times. She is so sweet and obviously a master of her craft. She listens to your concerns and preferences, and takes the time to ensure you are happy with the results. I think this treatment is more gentle on lashes than the traditional lift. I have been using serum for years but my lashes have never been this long! I couldn't believe these were my natural lashes If you are considering this treatment, look no further. You will not be disappointed!

I had a very disappointing experience. I booked and discussed a hybrid set, but was charged for a volume set and left with lashes that looked nothing like what we agreed on. She even acknowledged the lash map was a mistake and said, “this has literally never happened before.” I told her before leaving that I wasn’t happy but she said she didn’t have time to fix them.
