I had a very disappointing experience. I booked and discussed a hybrid set, but was charged for a volume set and left with lashes that looked nothing like what we agreed on. She even acknowledged the lash map was a mistake and said, “this has literally never happened before.” I told her before leaving that I wasn’t happy but she said she didn’t have time to fix them. I've had multiple eyelash extension appointments with Charlene this year and I am obsessed. She does such an incredible job with the finished product, and the experience of being in her studio is so detail oriented and comfortable. I get lots of compliments on my lashes and she's designed my sets for such a complimentary look to my face that often people are trying to figure out if they're real. Charlene is an artist, she works miracles and is incredibly flexible if you need to adjust anything. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone that is considering lashes for the first time, or is looking for a change!
