I arrived to find myself waiting in the rain. Despite being the only customer present, Jessica, upon opening the door, appeared to be in a sour mood, resembling someone who had just rolled out of bed. Her demeanor conveyed bitterness and anger, and while everyone has challenging days, directing those feelings towards customers is deemed inappropriate. She mentioned she just arrived home.If she anticipated being late, a brief text would have sufficed, especially since she informed me upon arriving home.

I love my new lashes! They are so natural looking and comfortable. No discomfort whatsoever. This is my first time having lashes, and I am hooked. Jessica is so lovely, kind and professional. Her office and services room are spotless and adorable. Highly recommend!
