She was incredibly sweet and took the time to explain that my natural lashes were too curly for extensions, which could affect how long they last. Terrible customer service. I had an appointment for late afternoon and messaged early morning to ask for a reschedule for the following week (due to a reason beyond my control). I did not receive a message back, a phone call or any communication whatsover…only a charge for $85 to my debit card. I would never give my money to an establishment that operates in this manner.
