I recently booked an appointment with Colbi for lash extensions. She was incredibly sweet and took the time to explain that my natural lashes were too curly for extensions, which could affect how long they last. I really appreciated her honesty and professionalism, as well as the thoughtful solution she recommended. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares about their clients! Terrible customer service. I had an appointment for late afternoon and messaged early morning to ask for a reschedule for the following week (due to a reason beyond my control). I did not receive a message back, a phone call or any communication whatsover…only a charge for $85 to my debit card. I would never give my money to an establishment that operates in this manner.
