Rose is the absolute best! She’s an expert in her field, professional, knowledgeable and my lashes have never looked better ..and I started out with very sad ..short lashes lol I would highly recommend her to anyone.
If you're looking for someone to do classic style lashes then you're going to like Tiffany at Moxie. But, I specifically called and inquired about getting Volume lashes put on. Tiffany said she has been doing lashes for a few years and felt confident that she could give me Volume lashes. Nope not volume, not even close.
