I had a really great experience at Lash Love. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and welcomed. The space is clean and has such a relaxing feel. Nadirah truly knows what she is doing and takes her time to make sure your lashes look exactly how you want. Mine turned out full and beautiful while still feeling light and natural. Highly recommend.

From the outset, the technician exhibited an unwelcoming demeanor, appearing disengaged and failing to establish any meaningful communication with me. Completely unprofessional. Do not book services here! I booked my appointment about 2 weeks in advance. Tanajha canceled very last minute on me when I already got there and the lights were off. Mind you, I drove 40 minutes to get there and left to go back home 40 minutes back. Basically, it was an hour and a half wasted. I confirmed my appointment well in advance. I absolutely love coming here! My lash tech Nadirah always does an excellent job—my lashes look amazing every time, and I get so many compliments. She is super professional, and her work is truly top tier. The space itself is beautiful and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. I have also gotten my eyebrows and facials done here before, and those were just as amazing. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes! Highly recommend!

I really wanted to support this business, but unfortunately my experience was incredibly disappointing. I booked twice with Tanajha, and both times I was inconvenienced. The first time, I was told to come 15–20 minutes later than my scheduled appointment which was fine but still ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes once I arrived. The second time, I received a same-day text asking if I could come in earlier because she had to leave the shop “because she’s in the process of moving”.
