The Kerrville location recently closed without any notification to the customers. They sold prepaid packages around the holidays for lash services. She still owes me for 21 visits. The owner has refused to refund me, which is theft of services. Other locations have also been abruptly closed. Beware ! You will notice there are not any new positive reviews !!!!

I had a great experience getting my eyelash extensions done by Monica! She was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. She took her time and paid close attention to detail—my lashes look amazing and exactly how I wanted them. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for beautiful results and a relaxing appointment!
