Jolie Lash Studio absolutely deserves five stars. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. Shelby at the front desk is one of the kindest and most professional people I’ve ever spoken to—she made everything easy and welcoming. I had such a wonderful experience at this lash studio! The lady at the front desk was so kind, and the Vietnamese lash tech who did my lashes was absolutely the sweetest. When I first got my lashes done, they looked nice, but I usually love a more dramatic, full look. After I got home, I realized I wanted them fuller, so I reached out to them. This place is great! This was my first time getting my lashes done and the lady at the front desk was so informative and helpful, without being judgmental. Andy was also very knowledgeable and made the process go by so fast, explaining each step along the way. I’ll definitely be back!

Jacqueline saved the day! I had a lash lift done at a different establishment and they turned out terribly. I went from having my lashes poke and disappear into my hooded eyelids to soft curl perfection. Best part, I wrote the office before they opened and Jacqueline called me back before office hours and got me in for a fix the same day! Oh, and they’re incredibly sweet.
