Lash House at Upper West Side was a convenient and well-regarded nail and eyelash salon with many positive reviews. Unfortunately, when I walked past recently, I noticed that the shop at Shop 207T, 26 Watertank Way is no longer operating and is currently temporarily closed. It’s genuinely a shame to see this location no longer in business.
Their staff are incredibly polite, patient, and listen to what you want. Timings vary based on what you book and the technicians do the best with their allocated time. The actual place is comfortable and relaxing. My technician even showed me how to properly wash my lashes between refills. I also started their lash treatment more recently (I use this at home, looks like a mascara or liquid eyeliner applicator). Although it's not essential and I never get pressure to purchase, I'm noticing a positive difference.
I will never come back. The staff's attitude was terrible, and they did a very sloppy job :))
I am a lash technician and have been for 8 years. I have a salon in NZ but I didn’t let the Lash House staff know until after my service. I was here for a conference at the Melbourne Convention Centre and desperately searched for a lash technician who could fit me in last minute and after searching online for a few hours and reading the reviews from the Lash House, I squeezed me in.
