I received my order of lashes and when I opened the 1st tray I found these worm/noodle like things in them. I emailed the business (both emails) right away. No response. 2 days later I emailed again. No response. I called and left vm. No response. I returned them feeling that they were not sanitary to use on my clients. UPS tracking shows my return delivered. The website says 1 week returns. NO Response. Now I go to place a Google review and "Business Temp. Closed" It seems I may not have been the only one to receive poor ... read more
Very unprofessional! They are supposed to be open at 9:00 it is almost 10:00 and no one is here. Very unprofessional even if someone called in, the owner should have showed up to cover that shift and represent the brand. Highly disappointed.
Services was very good until lately. Can stop by and sign gives a return time and it’s past that time. For example 5/12/2026, 5:09pm. Sign says out to lunch back at 4:45pm. Ridiculous, service is going down hill for some reason!
Finally decided to give this place a try. I normally go to the Woodlands area. There’s another Lash Supply up there off of sawdust. Came to the store at 1:30. There was a sign saying they were on lunch and will be back at 12:30. I waited for 30 minutes and nobody was here. I knocked on the business is next-door and they said they weren’t sure and one lady in the shop next-door said that they have unusual hours and they never really know when somebody’s there and one of the customer says, I’ve been parked there for some hours... read more
Wow 🤩, super excited about the new opening of this lash supply! Super convenient since it’s close to home ! I was driving about 35 mins away for supply😭 I honestly love the set up , everything is very organized. Found me these super cute mirrors and pink Ip tape I just fell in love with. I was gently assisted by Luke such an amazing guy he was very helpful and such a great vibe ! He took very good care of me! Thank you Luke I’ve found my new store 🥰‼️
