Wow 🤩, super excited about the new opening of this lash supply! Super convenient since it’s close to home ! I was driving about 35 mins away for supply😭 I honestly love the set up , everything is very organized. Found me these super cute mirrors and pink Ip tape I just fell in love with. I was gently assisted by Luke such an amazing guy he was very helpful and such a great vibe ! He took very good care of me! Thank you Luke I’ve found my new store 🥰‼️

I wish I could give them more stars yet I can not get past the lack of professionalism/customer service. I’ve visited the store multiple times durning business hours & no one was present. HUGE INCONVENIENCE! Also, certain products were suggested that I not buy because there lack in quality. If this is the case…. should you be selling them??????? Literally typing this at outside the store that was supposed to open at 9am. Did someone just not feel like coming today? I’m confused.

Tweezers were trash, since the moment I started using them on my first client they kept losing their grip more and more within that first client and it slowed me down, the old tweezers I went to replace worked better than the $20 I fought from here save your money Amazon is better than the tweezers here. Also I called the same day & next day to see if they could switch them out and nobody answered me ( they never answer) I wasn’t gonna drive 40 minutes just to be told no so I just threw away $20 here.

The worker at the store was so nice and so helpful i didn’t catch her name but she was amazing in helping me find what i needed i am definitely coming back
