I had an amazing experience at Lash Glow Supply in Humble! From the moment I walked in, the store was clean, cool, and welcoming. A great vibe all around. Serina was absolutely wonderful! She was polite, helpful, and friendly. Her customer service was top-tier, she checked in with me throughout my shopping trip to make sure I had everything I needed and could easily find anything I might be looking for. If you’re in Houston, be aware of the glue that’s sold in the lash stores. I bought glue from here that doesn’t dry completely and is tacky like strip lash glue. They don’t put the temp on their bottles, only a range of humidity. They also don’t store their bottles properly, and put them in regular plastic ziplock baggies to sell them. They don’t send or give out receipts. They don’t answer the phone, or offer refunds/exchanges. Just be careful, you can’t shop everywhere for everything.
If you guys are closed or temporarily closed customers need to be updated IMMEDIATELY!! There’s no reason people are standing at the door because your online hours say you’re open! People have businesses to run & are waiting on your products. What an inconvenience, do better!!
Wow 🤩, super excited about the new opening of this lash supply! Super convenient since it’s close to home ! I was driving about 35 mins away for supply😭 I honestly love the set up , everything is very organized. Found me these super cute mirrors and pink Ip tape I just fell in love with. I was gently assisted by Luke such an amazing guy he was very helpful and such a great vibe ! He took very good care of me! Thank you Luke I’ve found my new store 🥰‼️
Customer service sucks! The young lady working there never greets anyone coming in or says thank you. Every time i have gone seems like she’s in a bad mood or on the phone. Only reason i go back is cause it’s down the street from my suite and only go when i need something last minute but regret it every time i go
