I book an appointment online using my credit card. The technician never accepted or denied the appointment. So I showed up to avoid unnecessary charges. She was not there called several times no answer. After I like a was at another eyelash salon. I get a notification appointment was not approved. Not professional very inconvenient because i already had arranged childcare. She messaged me on IG saying I booked last minute (over 24 hours in advance). I will forever recommend Lash Glam Beauty Studio. Carolina does amazing work!!! My lashes always look the best. She makes the environment so comfortable and even provides SNACKS!! :)
