Absolutely amazing service , so quick with responses , my package never arrived through no fault of lash factor but anpost . They sent me out a new one straight away through quicker postage ! Dawn was absolutely lovely and so helpful will definitely be purchasing from here again .

Amazing Company, I always order my lashes products here <3 I had an issue with the delivery and they quickly fix the issue . The products are always high quality never upset me. I highly recommend Lash Factor

Such an easy company to order from, cant fault the products, correspondence is amazing and postage is really quick. I ordered at 2.30pm yesterday and got a email and text to say it will be arriving this morning. They do have a next day delivery option but I opted for 1st class as wasn't in a massive rush for it.

I’ve regularly ordered from lash factor and I’ve always had an amazing experience. I recently ordered and unfortunately there was a delay with the parcel, not down to them. I emailed them to see if they knew what had happened, I was emailed back straight away and they went above and beyond to help me out!
