I arrived on time for my scheduled lash appointment and was told she wasn’t there yet but to have a seat. After waiting 20 minutes, she still had not arrived and I was then told to call her directly. When I reached her, I was asked to return two hours later, with no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Love love my lashes! First time getting lash extensions. Fiona was great at explaining the different type of lashes and spent time going over the aftercare with me. They turned out amazing! Looks like a filter but they are my lashes!
