Tried a lash lift and tint by Fiona, but the lift barely did anything and the tint came out blotchy and orange-toned. She blamed my natural lash type instead of admitting the product or timing was off, and offered no refund or redo – wasted money on a service that did nothing.

Got my lashes done here and the glue was so strong it pulled out several of my natural lashes when they started falling. My eyes were red and swollen for a week, and Fiona never responded to my messages about the irritation – damaging and careless work.

The appointment was over an hour late with no apology, and the lash fill looked patchy with visible glue blobs everywhere. I paid premium prices for what felt like a beginner-level job, and the lashes were gone in under two weeks – disappointing quality for Sugar Land.

I went for a classic lash set and Fiona applied them so close to my lash line that my eyes were burning and watering for hours afterward. The extensions started shedding massively after just 3 days, and when I asked about a refill she said it was my fault for rubbing my eyes – poor application and zero accountability.
