Had some issues with a fill when I switched to this studio, they fell out completely in a few days. The owner reached out to me and made it right very quickly and I really appreciate it! Its been 3 days and all my lashes are still in place!!! THANK YOU!!!! will be back!!!
I have been a loyal client for some time now. I had a last minute family medical emergency the morning of my service, and messaged them well before they opened for the day. I understand the 24 hour cancelation policy, but there was zero attempt to contact me to follow up/reschedule or anything other than a notice that I was being charged the FULL AMOUNT for my service! I feel that was an extreme reaction for a client who has spent hundreds of dollars in your business.
I switched salons to be closer to home than traveling to cranberry twp. I have great 2-3 week retention at the other studio, I was always praised for how well I take care of them. I had a full fill done here to start fresh and for vacation. All but 6 lashes fell out of my left eye in 5 days. Luckily I needed sunglasses for vacation most of the time. Studio looked great, booking was easy, cancelling the next appt was easy. Location is great.
