This is an update from my last post about this establishment. Noemi did reach out and poor thing was sick, miscommunication resolved. I went in for a new set (at no cost) and she was able to use a different method which is working out great. It’s been a week and I’ve only lost about 5-6 lashes, which is great. She was so kind and apologetic. I was always happy with her, I was just upset my lash set didn’t last a week, but problem solved . She is welcoming, and made me feel comfortable. I had an appointment with Noemi for mega volume full set. The appointment went great, however the next day more than 50 percent of my lash came off on my pillow, I did not wet them, I’ve had lashes done many times and know how to take care of them, I was so disappointed since I had a follow up appointment for refill with her in two weeks I canceled, she immediately reached out to see what was the issue. Best lash technician in town!!! I have only been getting my lashes done for cpl months. They had my lashes tore up! Broken, missing CHUNKS of my lashes. I was terrified to be bald eyed, and here I was BALD EYED!! I went in bald eyed Betsy and came out stunning Miss Sunshine!!! That's what your suppose to feel like after leaving any salon.
