I am brand new to lashes anything and was a bit nervous as a result, but was recommended to Lash Culture. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Des made sure I was comfortable with the whole process and helped educate me on lash care (natural and extensions). Very much enjoyed my experience!
I attended this lash place on February 25th. I called and the manager and confirmed this. I also have a credit card statement. My eyes have been physically damaged for over two months now since having the lashes applied. . I was advised today by the manager that the lady who did my lashes was recently fired, stating “her lash application did not meet their standards” I will be looking into her credentials.
I had such a great experience getting my lashes done here! One of the things I love most is how relaxing and peaceful it is. The private rooms make such a difference—unlike other salons where people are constantly walking past or around you, here you really get your own space to just unwind. I also really appreciated that I didn’t feel pressured to make small talk the whole time. The vibe is friendly and welcoming, but they totally respect your space if you just want to relax. I waited 5 weeks since my last lash culture fill and went through 2 fills( 2 weeks apart) with my new lady to make this post because I wanted to be certain before providing this feedback. I tried lash culture after taking a needed break from my lashes due to some isolation issues, knowing it was expensive but hoping that due to the positive reviews it would be worth the spend, sadly, that wasn’t the case for me.
