I’ve been to here two times, service was okay. My final booking however, has me never wanting to go back. If you have an emergency, don’t expect compassion nor compensation for your deposit back. I had an appointment scheduled for a lash lift and brow lamination at 4:30 pm, got word at 11:30 am my dog was going into emergency eye removal surgery that same afternoon. I recently completed my lash certification with Lash culture and Des. The overall experience was a 10/10. It is evident from when you first walk into Lash Culture, they value professionalism, cleanliness and excellent services. The training was detailed, professional, and easy to follow. I left feeling confident, supported, and excited to start my lash Journey.

I attended this lash place on February 25th. I called and the manager and confirmed this. I also have a credit card statement. My eyes have been physically damaged for over two months now since having the lashes applied. . I was advised today by the manager that the lady who did my lashes was recently fired, stating “her lash application did not meet their standards” I will be looking into her credentials.

I had such a great experience getting my lashes done here! One of the things I love most is how relaxing and peaceful it is. The private rooms make such a difference—unlike other salons where people are constantly walking past or around you, here you really get your own space to just unwind. I also really appreciated that I didn’t feel pressured to make small talk the whole time. The vibe is friendly and welcoming, but they totally respect your space if you just want to relax. Terrible. My eyes were burning during the entire eyelash application and I have red squiggly lines in the white of my eyes now from the lash glue. It has been over two months and the damage is still there. I was at this location on Feb 25, 2025. This was confirmed on my credit card statement and by the manager. As per the manger, the same lash tech was fired for improper lash application. That manager also advised that the lash tech used Cyanoacrylates and that I may have experienced a chemical burn.
