Didn’t like the original service but when I reached out they asked me to come back and fixed it right away. My second appointment was with Kyleigh and she did an amazing job and gave me exactly what I wanted. She was also very welcoming and understanding fixing my lashes. Would highly recommend her and I will definitely be back!
I’ve been to here two times, service was okay. My final booking however, has me never wanting to go back. If you have an emergency, don’t expect compassion nor compensation for your deposit back. I had an appointment scheduled for a lash lift and brow lamination at 4:30 pm, got word at 11:30 am my dog was going into emergency eye removal surgery that same afternoon. I attended this lash place on February 25th. I called and the manager and confirmed this. I also have a credit card statement. My eyes have been physically damaged for over two months now since having the lashes applied. . I was advised today by the manager that the lady who did my lashes was recently fired, stating “her lash application did not meet their standards” I will be looking into her credentials.
I had such a great experience getting my lashes done here! One of the things I love most is how relaxing and peaceful it is. The private rooms make such a difference—unlike other salons where people are constantly walking past or around you, here you really get your own space to just unwind. I also really appreciated that I didn’t feel pressured to make small talk the whole time. The vibe is friendly and welcoming, but they totally respect your space if you just want to relax. I am brand new to lashes anything and was a bit nervous as a result, but was recommended to Lash Culture. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Des made sure I was comfortable with the whole process and helped educate me on lash care (natural and extensions). Very much enjoyed my experience!
