Laura does any amazing job! She is also extremely kind and fun to talk to. I’ve been going to her for over a year. She makes lash extensions look so natural and they last. My lash’s are naturally blonde/light brown and I’m not a huge make up person so love not having to use mascara.
No answer when calling. Resorted to using the online booking which left a lot to be desired. I clicked on June 28, picked my time, got half way there before trying to call again to ask some questions, no answer again, just happen to look at the confirmation text again and noticed it says july 28. I canceled it and went to remake the appointment and noticed that when I clicked on June 28 it skipped to the next month due to no availability for the day I chose. It was very subtle. I drove 45min from my home in Bowling Green for my appt and paid for 4hrs of parking. The door stated hours opening at 10am even though I was scheduled for 9:30am and no one was here for my appt. I waited regardless because of my drive, but after 45min I left. I’ve tried calling twice with no success, so I’m leaving. I will not be rescheduling. So basically I’m out $25 bucks and almost 3hrs of my life.
