Unsanitary. Got my eyebrows threaded and she licked the string and then proceeded to touch my face and cheeks with her unwashed hands and telling me I needed to thread my whole face. It felt like she was slapping my head around when she threaded my eyebrows and was so rough.
Jess is amazing! I was able to walk in and be attended soon after. She’s great at lashes and at eyebrow threading! Very personable, friendly, and great at what she does. Made me feel beautiful and valued, especially as a pregnant mama to be.
I have gone here 3 times now for eyebrow tinting as they have the best price, lasts longer than other places I have been to and are friendly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when they are busy, they ask you to leave the chair and sit on couch with dye on eyebrows instead of finishing your service completely before starting another person. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded here for years now. I don’t even live in the area but drive here specifically because they do the best job. I have tried waxing, sugaring, and nobody does as good as these ladies! I will always be a customer! :)
Honestly truly a terrible place to get your lashes done. I came in a few times after 2 weeks to get a fill & every time I was told that I needed a full set. The last time I came in after 1.5 weeks to avoid needing another new set, I tried making an appointment with someone else to my lashes, since the other one can’t seem to do mine without them immeaditely falling out, but she was a no show to my appointment.
