Very bad experience with Zoe. Yes, I’m a real person. Go check out yelp I even have a screen shot of Zoe texting me. There is no need to be rude in your response. If Zoe no longer works there I’ll remove review otherwise stop being defensive and show better customer service.
Zoe did waxing and teeth whitening for me and my bridesmaids for my wedding and I could not be happier with her! She is really affordable and flexible and always does a great job!
Was purchased a Groupon here as a gift and could not book an appointment. Website does not work and they don't answer the phone. The message on the phone says to book an appointment on the website. Noticed this back in December when I tried to book an appointment and tried again today - March 2017 - and the website is still down. I would spend more money to be able to make an appointment regularly. Will not be using the services at this estabilishment.
This is the WORSE customer service EVER! I booked the groupon in September, and I'm still unable to reach this person. Furthermore I had not one, but 2 confirmed appointments, and each time I went she was a no show. On the contact number it says leave a text or email. I've done both, and still is yet to get a response back from this place. Groupon will not issue a refund since its been longer than the 3 days allowed to canceled. So not only did I not get any services, but Im out of $20 too.
Had an awesome microdermabrasion. Zoe did an excellent job and she was very nice alao informative. I can't wait to go back.
