I had a Brow Lamination + Wax (no tint) and the service itself was okay. The big shock came in the end when they charged me !!!!$162!!!! for it!! Their website listed that service between $107 and $122 so I was very confused. The manager said something about additional fees (some material costs) which sounded like a big scam to me. There was also no consultation included which was fine by me, because I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in. First time ever being completely unable to see a difference after a lash lift and tint besides the fact my eyes burn and one of them has a couple individual lashes sticking straight up w the rest straight. Never experienced this before. Pretty shocking experience overall I’m actually surprised it managed to be so bad, have never had an issue w a similar service anywhere else before. I feel bad leaving such a negative review but genuinely can’t in good faith not warn someone. This was notably bad
