I chose this studio because of the high reviews, and my first visit was great, which is why I returned. Unfortunately, my experiences after that have been extremely disappointing and concerning. When I arrived for my most recent lash appointment, the front desk experience was uncomfortable from the start. The person at the desk stared at me without greeting me or asking how she could help. I had a facial with therapist Maddy recently and it was honestly the best facial I’ve had in my life. She really listened to my skin concerns and customized the facial to suit my skin needs and the massage was 10/10. I left feeling relaxed and with super glowy skin. Will definitely be back again soon!
Have been going to dermal theory for a few months and I must say how incredible the owner is and her knowledge, we have made a plan with my skin and I’m so happy for the care and also the relaxing environment when I’m there. I can see she really wants to help me and the get the best out of my skin. I would recommend anyone that’s wanting to change their skin and the wide range of options they have. I had a Circadia peel with Maddy at Dermal Theory and the results were unreal. She explained everything so clearly, made the whole treatment super comfortable, and my skin has honestly never looked this fresh. The glow kicked in almost immediately. Maddy really knows her stuff and you can tell she genuinely cares about your skin. Couldn’t recommend her more, I’ll definitely be back!
I recently had the Circadia Oxygen RX Facial with the new therapist, Maddy, and the results were incredible! Maddy was welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire treatment. The whole clinic had such a great vibe too - even the treatment beds were super comfortable and cosy. Thank you Maddy for an awesome experience. I’ll definitely be back! 10/10 :)
