I had a very disappointing experience at your salon on Thursday. The girl who did my eyebrows did a very poor job. Amazing experience and shop ambiance.
Absolutely unprofessional and unsafe. I strongly urge anyone considering going here to reconsider. I went here for a lash extension removal, and chemical lash remover was accidentally spilled into both of my eyes. Instead of immediately flushing my eyes with water and contacting Poison Control, I was told to keep my eyes closed for several minutes while the chemical was still burning in my eyes. When they eventually flushed my eyes, it was only for about two minutes, despite the recommended flushing time being much longer. I... read more
Absolutely unprofessional and unsafe. Please do not ever go here under any circumstances. Girlfriend went here for a lash extension removal and had chemical remover spilt into both of her eyes. Even then, instead of immediately flushing her eyes with water and calling a poison control centre, they had told her to keep her eyes closed for minutes on end whilst the chemical remover was still burning in her eyes, causing even further damage.
