I had an extremely unsafe and traumatic experience getting lash extensions here with Jessica. The appointment felt very rushed and was completed in about 30 minutes, which immediately raised concerns about technique and care. During the service, my eyelid was literally glued shut due to improper application of lash adhesive. I was unable to open my eye and experienced intense tearing for over 15 minutes. Terrible!! Showed the girl What I wanted she acted like she could do it but did what she wanted. She over charged me for my lashes when on the website they do it for cheaper!! I woke up and my eyes could barely open and they burned so bad, that has never happened to me before. I would never go back!!
I could not go in with my daughter and spent 160$ horrible service sketchy vibes rude customer service would not recommend.
