The staff were rude and inexperienced. I had gotten eyelash extensions and they fell out within 2 days. I have been getting lash extensions for years and know the proper aftercare, so it is an issue with the materials used. The staff were rude, talking negatively about clients as they walked out the door, right after supporting this small business and paying for their service! Ignorance at its finest. Some of these staff members are clearly inexperenced/unqualified. Please go elsewhere for your beauty services.
I did my spray tan with Alicia, the service was beyond warm, they are gentle and attentive, and the result is very satisfying. I highly recommend it.
Bianca is an absolute artist! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and delivered results that were even better than I imagined. My brows are perfectly shaped and my lashes have such a gorgeous lift—subtle but stunning. Her space was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. I went in to have my lash extensions removed, but during the appointment I could feel that something wasn’t right. Instead of using a proper removal method, she was tugging and pulling at my natural lashes and told me the discomfort was just from the extensions. When I left and checked in the mirror, I could see that many of my natural lashes had actually been cut in half. Disgusting behaviour
