This company is refusing me a refund that is owed. For not the first time, my appointment was changed without my knowledge. I arrived at the CONFIRMED time to be told it was later; I work and could not attend. The technician said she'd refund my deposit, yet here I have been billed IN FULL, to nearly $200 for services not received. Now, I am getting no response from the salon. The lash technician listened to exactly how I liked my eyebrows to look, my eyebrows are long and curly, most people want to trim them but curly hair doesn’t trim neat it curls short and looks ridiculous, but the technician made my eyebrows look perfect! Great job, thank you.
