Although we came to a resolution after the police was involved, I felt the need to voice my experience booking here. I booked a lash appointment with “Queen Lashes/ Iveth” through Instagram. She failed to communicate with me information about my appointment, her contact information, and on the appointment confirmation the address does not include a suite number/ city/ or zip code, so I circled around the back of the building for 20 minutes because that is where the GPS took me.
