The service station is as incompetent as it gets. On every occasion I visit. Last visit they took money for tire replacement/ rebalancing and sent me off with 50psi tire pressure!!! I had to hunt them for service with my car in their possession. They sell me service which they themselves are unable to locate in their system. They are unable to convert km into miles and instead change the units in my car, filing the wrong mileage in the system. Every time. And the list goes on.
Now I am not one to give out 5 stars to a service center, but today is an exception. As you all know, going to any service center can be an experience that rivals a dentist office. My pressure usually starts to rise at the door. As soon as I walked up to the counter, all of the service people became aware and I had their attention, with smiles. Would not disclose what my warranty covered. Advisor insisted that I would have to pay out of pocket. VW customer care informed me that I had a warranty for the issue.
