I took my niece Taos in for service at 730am. Tatiana was professional, and pleasant. She communicated with me immediately, that they didn't have the tire in stock. That she would order it, and it would be there by 1pm. She asked if they could drop me off somewhere near by, and if I was okay with coming back so I wouldn't be sitting around. Tatiana valued my time. Which I appreciated!
