This dealership over-charges and is a complete rip-off. I payed $300 (just for labor) against a typical cost of $140 for an oil change alone!
The 5 star review is for Derek. Came here multiple times trying to get a gas cap issue fixed. Wasn’t until I worked with Derek that VW got the issue resolved. He made my experience so much better, couldn’t be happier with his customer service. I hope he’s here every time I bring my car in.
Avoid this service center at all costs. They held my car for nearly three weeks, ran up my extended warranty, and then tried to pressure me into paying an additional $1,300 out of pocket for repairs that turned out to be completely unnecessary.
