UPDATED REVIEW: i decided to go back because they were very convenient and it was a relaxing spa experience. I think there was just a miscommunication the very first time. I am so new to getting my lashes done perhaps I may have got the terms mixed up. I was very clear with what I wanted the second time around and it came out perfect (see updated picture with mask on) I’m happy and will be going back! Great clean place with excellent service. They will help you pick the right lashes. Very friendly staff.

The salon is beautiful — very clean with a great ambience and spotless bathroom. That part definitely feels five-star. Unfortunately, my lashes began coming out the very next day, and a few more within a couple of days. I did call, and they told me I could come back if they start to look uneven, which I appreciate. Still, because the lashes didn’t last, I can only give three stars. I hope they improve retention, because the space and service were otherwise excellent.
