Rachael did a fabulous job on my lashes! They are just beautiful and so natural looking. I am a little bit claustrophobic and had a little fear of having to keep my eyes closed for a long time but she made it so easy I did not realize the time was going by and I never felt nervous keeping my eyes closed for two hours on my first visit! Rachael did a great job with my lashes! They look glamorous yet natural at the same time! She’s so sweet and gentle too. Go see her for your lashes! She’s also at South Pauley’s Spa now which is so clean and beautiful and relaxing!

I thought she was a good person but I was wrong. Had appointment went to listed location turns out that was going to be her new location, but she never told me. I then went to the old location on 2/29–she did a horrible job on my lashes, found out that was her last day at that location after the fact. I had made another appointment to correct the problem.
