Kathy was incredibly professional and made me feel super comfortable! I always get a little nervous going into a new place for a service but Kathy eased all those worries. I also really appreciate when other services or products aren’t pushed on me. She recommended a product for me to use on my eyelashes but I didn’t feel pressured at all to buy it! Today I had my first visit to Lash and Brow for eyebrow shaping and tinting, and I had a wonderful experience. Kathy was incredibly personable and made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived.
