I visited Lash and Brow Spa in Alabaster on May 21 and had a very concerning experience. I went in for a standard threading service, but left with broken skin, visible scabbing, and real worries about potential scarring on my face. The technician used thread held in her mouth, which I found unsanitary—especially since that same thread broke my skin multiple times, which you can clearly see in the scabbing that developed afterward. Terrible, I should have went somewhere different. I should have read the reviews prior and realized that they’re not accustomed to POC I had brows before I went. 1 star is too many
