I previously had a bad experience at another place getting eyelash extensions so I was quite scared to try it again. They spent a lot of time with me when I first stopped by to see the salon and talk to them. Then when I went in for my appointment with Ko, she showed me the lookbook with all of the lash options and really listened to what I wanted. She did an amazing job and now I’m obsessed! Kyla-Lee Collins started to fill my lash extensions about a year ago. I asked her for a consultation on permanent makeup for my lips and eyebrows. During a fill, she gave me the lip and eyebrow consultation and pre procedure care instructions. From the start I knew Kyla would be my go-to girl! Janelle is amazing and such a kind talented person!!! I had a great conversation with her and my lashes came out amazing! She pays attention to all the details. I’d highly recommend lash affair to anybody :)
