I had eye lens fitted to correct my eyesight and had a slight problem and this is when you find out the character of the business. There was no excuses or cover up just LETS GET THIS FIXED and am so thankful to Dr McKee for the empathy and care he and the staff have shown myself. Can't recommend them enough. My wife who has been in the medical field for 54 years is impressed with the service and care.
Super clear communication during the initial consultation, pre & post surgery. Very friendly staff from the office team to the optometrists to the surgeon. Special call out to Jackie & David. Thanks Team 😊
From start to finish i feel that my experience was great. They explained everything that was going to happen during the time in theatre and when I was feeling a bit uncomfortable on the table they were quick to ask if I was doing ok they give you a squeeze ball and weighted blanket to help calm you. It was all over and done with nice and quickly. Very professional, overall the experience was really good.
