Dr John Hodgen and the staff were fantastic from first consultation, through surgery and follow ups. The procedures were well explained as were the risks and all our questions answered thoroughly. The reception staff were a pleasure to deal with and helped make the whole process easy. If you are thinking of lens replacement surgery I highly recommend John and his team at Lasersight.
Fantastic experience, easy process to organise from book in consultation/assessment, to the procedure on the day. Very streamline process with clear plan. Everyone was friendly and informative - from reception, to manager, optometrist, and ophthalmologist. I had a great experience, thrilled I did it, thrilled with the results. Would recommend.
If I had my time again knowing the benefits of laser eye surgery would only last a few years I would not get the surgery. Obviously, you don't know at the time. The laser eye surgery itself was more routine than going to the dentist. No issues with the professionalism with the company. I was the ideal candidate (vision had been stable for a number of years). No complaints about cost (eye surgery is not something you should cheap-out on). My surgery was completed in 2018/2019 and I had great vision for about three (3) years. ... read more
