The entire process with Lasersight Brisbane was a great experience. Everything has been thought of and each team member was friendly and professional. The surgery was clearly explained and I know that they would have only recommended what would be the best outcome for the patient. WOW ... Dr John Hogden and the team are AWESOME ... From my first visit they were all so supportive and professional. I was apprehensive initially but now 2 days after my IOL implantations I am so happy. The surgery was at Eye Tech Day Surgery and they also were FANTASTIC. Reception staff are very friendly. They provide convenient snacks and coffee in the waiting area which is very customer friendly. The specialist was very efficient and friendly. They provide a concession for parking; although the parking becomes expensive for the multiple visits associated with an eye operation.
Right from the start I felt confident and comfortable with Dr John Hogden and the support staff. Everything was explained to me and the procedure went extremely well.
