THIS IS THE BIGGEST RIP OFF OF A DELIVERY SERVICE. TERRIBLE IN EVERY WAY. SHOULD BE BOYCOTTED AND CLOSED DOWN. DISGUSTING. TOO MANY LIES. THEY CLAIM TO DELIVER AND DONT. ALMOST CRIMINAL.

After 5 days of runaround, on a package that was now 6 days late, was told that the package was lost. My comment was "probably stolen", Lasership employee's comment was"that happens sometimes".

The first and only time I have ever had to use Lasership, my package was "lost" in transit. What a coincidence that my order through Walmart included 4 items, two of which were shipped by FedEx and I had no issue with those. Within the same order, the other two items were shipped by Lasership and they were "lost". I called lasership and spoke with Lagreta, she informed me they never received the package from Walmart, only received the shipping label. They left my Vitacost order on the side of the road! Instead of driving down the driveway and setting it on my porch. I have a circular driveway making all deliveries easy for the drivers. Out of all the packages I have had delivered this is the only time items have been left on the side of the road. Lasership hires ANYBODY that has a vehicle to deliver for them and it shows.

The absolute saddest excuse for a shipping company. Package was sent out but "it got too late for the driver to finish his job"... So, I was assured it would be out first thing the next morning. Nope... Never happened. Received a email reply from customer service stating they would attempt a redelivery in 2-3 days. lol.... what a joke. Any company that utilizes Lasership as their courier, obviously does not care about customer service. My package is still being held hostage as I write. Good luck staying in business... read more
