My first experience with LaserShip was a Walmart delivery. I never got the package! I was in my home office which has a view to the front yard and driveway. Nobody came into my driveway all afternoon. Then I received notification that my Walmart package was delivered, what? I checked both the front and back porches and nothing. Ordered a large desk, weighing about 130lbs. not only did Ontrac/lasership BREAK one of the straps that keep the dang box closed but they left it outside of my apartment building ON THE STAIRS BLOCKING ANYONE FROM USING THE STARS SAFELY. its january! were in a winter weather warning! Another tenant of my complex couldnt use the stairs because she has a walker and COULD NOT USE THE STAIRS SAFELY. this is beyond careless, and ontrac/lasership needs to do better vetting of their employees and their training.

Asked for and confirmed that delivery of 4 pound box to front door of 3rd floor apt would be done. Requested due to my current illness. Box lift outside locked mail banks on 1st floor. Have had multiple issues with them at home and work.
