Update Review: Changed my rating from 1 Star to 5 Star review. Originally ordered in Oct 2022, then I lost contact with them in Feb 2023. I tried to contact them several times without success. I was contacted Aug 2023 by Laser's Edge and my order was completed and shipped to me last week. Cribbage board looks FANTASTIC! Samantha did a wonderful job with several emails conversations to ensure engraving was as expected. Excellent attention to detail
UPDATE August 14, 2023: The new owners of the company contacted me regarding the issues and have since refunded my money. - changed from 1 star to 3 stars. Original Review: Terrible customer service. Buyer beware. I placed an online order for a custom cribbage board (after speaking with someone from the company over the phone) on Jan. 18, 2023. Update: someone reached out to me as the new owner of this company and offered to fulfill my order or refund me. I have since received a refund for the custom crib board that I placed in February. I wish I could leave a more positive review. I received a custom crib board as a gift for Christmas which I loved! I decided to submit a custom order as a wedding gift, and like many reviews here I have not received any updates or responses to my emails and am unable to leave a voicemail because their inbox is full.
