I went there on 6 sessions once every 2 months for my back and nothing was removed i even have more now due to shaving prior visiting.
This place is a waste of time and money thats it the manager only cares about money
I would give zero stars if I could. I went with a Groupon just to try out the service. I was talked at for about 20 mins. I was also told for my service I couldn’t come at 1 pm-2pm as there wouldn’t be enough time. So I came at 12 and then I was out of there by 1243. So not sure how that made any sense. The service was the microdermabrasion and it did say facial treatment and consult with the microdermabrasion. This place is a nightmare- I booked 6 sessions with them one was left. I called so many times to book an appointment the manager was ignoring me once she found out I dont want to book more sessions. Don’t recommend it at all.
SCAM I have had an absolutely awful experience dealing with this clinic. I have been a customer since 2021, and was quite content with a previous staff member, Benny. She since left on mat leave and I had to deal with the nightmare of a manager, Tana. Her laser treatment is very subpar. But most of all, responsiveness to calls and texts is absolutely atrocious!
