I have been going here for 4 years and had seen results. Then when it was time to book in February - no response. After several emails as well as phone calls and messages left I drove over and the place is no longer there. Completely unacceptable. Do not waste your time.

Fairly certain this company has gone under. Contact number is out of service or inactive, and location is now a law service office. Unfortunately, the company did not provide good customer service and even inform their paying customers.

Where to begin... When I first started with them many years ago, Bennie was great. Then over the years their customer service went down the drain. A lady named Tana started to run the front lines and everything felt like a money grab. Every small patch of skin you want lasered was an additional cost. Getting arms done? - the back of the hand is extra. Getting face done? - Gotta buy the chin, the sideburns and the neck (by the inch) separately. They became rude and unreasonably strict. SCAM. Wife has been trying to book an appointment after one was canceled months ago. They are not answering phones or emails. The address and name has changed.

I have been trying to book and appointment with this establishment for over two months. I have left several text messages and voicemail messages, and no one returns the calls.I had pre-purchased over $700.00 in services, on the advice of Tania. I am now trying to book these services, but to no avail. This establishment took my money. What a scam!!
