Quality components, but my laser needed to be repaired when I received it.
Extremely poor customer service. Once they recognize your number, they simply stop answering your calls. Despite multiple follow-ups, no response was given to a basic request for documentation (Certificate of Origin). It’s frustrating to deal with a company that ignores its clients after payment is made. Very disappointing experience — would not recommend for any business requiring timely support or accountability.
