I would say I had the best experience with LaserCare Eye and Lasik Center. I had my appointment last tuesday 10/7 and they perfomed my Smile Pro on 10/9. Big Thanks to Dr Gicheru for accomodating me and performing my eye surgery. For His whole team, they were very professional, explaining the procedure step by step and they really took good care of me and my friends too. LaserCare Eye and Lasik Center was very accomodating, from the moment we inquired up to the time we got to the clinic, they were very responsive with our queries and answered us promptly. The moment we got into their clinic, the Staff were very friendly and understanding, especially Ms. Stephanie who helped us a lot from start to finish of the procedure. We went here in the clinic (Plano) for our friend's inquiry. It was 5star treatment from start to end. We went all the way from Lubbock for the appt and Ms. Stephanie was able to squeeze us an appt 3 days after the first meeting. She definitely is a gem giving us all smiles and patience in answering our questions and giving us information. Docs are all great and the receptionists too.
The eye clinic staff are amazing from the very beginning and felt really comfortable to ask anything we’d like to ask. Stephanie specifically is the main staff who accommodated us and made us feel comfortable. The clinic is fancy and a tad convenient for visitors.
