I had my surgery on August 12th, and so far it has gone very smoothly—quick, professional, and successful. The staff at LaserCare Center were extremely friendly and welcoming, both over the phone and in person. They took the time to answer all my questions and walked me step by step through the procedure. I highly recommend them for anyone considering LASIK or SMILE Pro.
Dr. McLean and his staff were not only very professional, but also very caring and reassuring throughout my first cataract surgery. My post op consisted of a complete examination, whereas, my cataract surgery was declared a complete success! I am forever grateful to Dr. McLean and his wonderful staff!
Welp. I went to the Plano office for an initial consult. Was ready to move forward with the procedure ($10,000) one so I can see and never go back from what I was told. Booked an appt ai the Southlake office to move forward with what we had talked about. 3 hours after prodding pictures and finally burning eye drops the “doctor” guy came in and essentially denied me for the fact I didn’t have “readers” which I don’t have and he found that to be a scientific anomaly.
