The wash is broken, tried to call for assistance but the line is disconnected. Whoever owns this needs to get this fixed and refund me. Update: it's fixed now, still want a refund....

This place has gone down hill. The wash stopped halfway through the car in front of me. I had already paid so, I lost my $10. I've been trying to contact the owner for a refund via the email and phone # on the door. I haven't even been acknowledged! I'm not going to just go away! I work about an hour to clear $10 and I expect to get what I pay for.

This has always been a great wash, but it is in serious disrepair. The wheel wash unit is just pouring water, the directional lights don’t work, and the driveway has a huge whole in it—surely going to mess up a vehicle. No way to contact owner to alert them of issues.
