I've been going to this car wash for awhile. Today I was cleaning my car out and reorganizing my stuff because I live in my car. The owner came up and told me I had me I had to leave cause homeless people were not allowed there. He's also been following me around and watching every move I make. I've been going to car washes all my adult life and I've never been treated as bad as I was today. This guy is awful and very hateful and I would never recommend anyone going to this car wash.
Just paid $15 for a carwash and there was no soap at all!
I come here all the time, but I just paid for my wash and did NOT receive it!!! And the phone number to call doesn't work. You just lost a valuable customer.
10 bucks for a wash, no air dry, and left with dirt streaks down one side of my truck where the water never hit. Garbage wash ripoff!
This is the worse car wash in Waynesville it hardly ever works. The owner is hard to get a hold of if you been ripped off. If it did something to your vehicle your best bet is to take him to court. Because he doesn’t return calls or messages and you never receive a refund.
