I made an appointment with Dr. Kelli Favata for a problem with my leg. She ordered an ultrasound, and I was told by one of the medical technician not the Dr. that I had blood clots in both my legs. Was told I needed to have some blood tests done and someone would be calling me in a few days to schedule a procedure to fix it. This is not a reflection on Dr. Reddy or his staff, everyone has been outstanding. I realize that there is a shortage of medical professionals in town, and doctors are overwhelmed in many cases. My issue is having had tests done, having to wait five weeks to find out what the results are, and then getting a call pushing your appointment back two more days! My son is a diabetic we realized his toe was infected after a procedure they made him wait until Friday. Called on a Monday. They called in an antibiotic. Staff never told her. Okay she tried to make it right. Now she is going to be out of the office on holiday for a week okay. The toe is not healing. Out of town. We have an appointment two weeks after my son was last seen. Dr Ganley is simply one of the best doctors out there. She is incredibly professional while also being very personable. You can tell she really cares about her patients and making them feel as comfortable as possible, 10/10!
I have to say, Dr Shannon Ganley, is one of my favorite doctors. She listens and explains everything to me. I wish she had been the original doctor that did my surgery. Now she just cleans up his mess. She has helped me more than I could ever imagine. Her staff is really good. They are on top of anything I need and are friendly and courteous.
