My son is a diabetic we realized his toe was infected after a procedure they made him wait until Friday. Called on a Monday. They called in an antibiotic. Staff never told her. Okay she tried to make it right. Now she is going to be out of the office on holiday for a week okay. The toe is not healing. Out of town. We have an appointment two weeks after my son was last seen. I always have great experiences when I get to see Dr. Ganley and associates. She knows just how to help me feel better. It may take a while to cure me, but everyone is nice and extremely ready to help me all the way through. Dr. Ganley is the best foot and ankle doctor I have ever been to. She's A 1. I see you.
As always, 10 minutes or so in waiting room. Tech explained the test to me. I mentioned swelling on one leg, she noted it and saw. No clotting using the ultrasound. All staff was polite, business like, etc. As they have been throughout my treatment.
The staff were polite and well-informed.Dr Ganley is professional and polite. She answered all of my questions and went over the pros and cons of each treatment in a very straightforward, and understandable manner.
Great staff, very professional, made me feel comfortable & kept me well informed of what to expect during my procedure.
