A hidden gem this place is. Had a 18minute session on the NovoTHOR photobiomodulation bed and came away really impressed. Did some reading about how it helps penetrate deep tissue and addresses inflamation and repair. Last night I had noticeably better sleep with a longer duration and more deep/REM sleep. Feeling more rested the next day. It’s only one session so I’ll keep an open mind, but it was a great first impression. Looking forward to the next time I can try this again.

Using the Novothor red light therapy helped reduce inflammation from Thyroid Eye Disease and some ligamentous injuries I had from a fall. I attribute the series of sessions I had for reducing the debilitating pain and inflammation I had and aiding in reducing the recovery time I experienced. The facility is wonderful with very helpful, knowledgeable staff.
This light therapy bed is incredible! I weight train, box and run 6-7 days / week. I've been using it 1 x per week for the past 6 weeks. And I have never felt better. I have more energy, less fatigue and recover quicker. It is one of the most relaxing and energising modalities I have discovered in the past 10 years. I leave feeling uplifted and revitalised.
